The goal is to increase the value to the owner, by optimising the property to maximise the sales price, rather than selling it at a reduced price due to its condition or other factors such as planning or compliance issues.

The owner does not need to funds those works, but would get a share in uplift once it is sold. Property Elevate would fully fund and undertake the works, utilising our expert project team of architects, planning consultants, and contractors and project manage from start to finish. Once works are finished, the property can be marketed in the usual way. On successful completion, the sales revenue and any profit is shared, repaying costs to each party.
